Starting from the town hall square of Montbazon, a beautiful walk allows you to discover the old houses of Montbazon, its imposing fortress with its 10th century keep ( fortress of the black falcon ), extended by a superb Virgin and Child. The circuit runs along the Indre and its old mills, winds through the forest, and returns via the heights of the town, passing by the old medieval mound, ancestor of the castle. On your way back, do not hesitate to have a drink in the center of Montbazon to enjoy the local welcome.
