Protection of personal data
The personal or nominative data collected on this site through online forms: surname, first name, address, telephone number, e-mail address are subject to an exemption defined in “Deliberation n°2006-138 of 09/ 05/2006 deciding on the exemption from declaration of processing constituted for the purposes of information or external communication”. This site therefore does not have a CNIL Personal Data declaration number.
This data is collected to answer questions from customers and users and to track their orders. All precautions are taken to preserve the security of the data, and in particular to prevent unauthorized third parties from having access to it.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and delete personal data concerning you at any time. If you wish to exercise this right, all you have to do is write to us or make a request via our email ( contact@cedre-et-charme.fr ).
Intellectual property and image rights
The cedre-et-charme.fr website is protected by the laws governing intellectual property. It is strictly forbidden to reproduce it, in its form or its content, totally or partially, without the express agreement of its publisher.
T&Cs
Rate
Our rate of 105 to 135 euros per night, depending on the period, includes the room for two people, breakfasts, covered private parking, and internet access.
Possibility of adding an extra bed (one bed maximum per room):
– a cot (child under 2 years old) for an additional 10 euros per night
– a child’s bed (under 8 years old) for 20 euros per night (depending on the room)
– an adult bed for 30 euros per night (depending on the room
Table d’hôtes
You can book your dinner at Le Cèdre in advance (by phone, by email or in your reservation):
– Flavor dinner (38 euros per person, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, aperitif and wine included)
– Classic dinner (28 euros per person, starter or cheese, main course, dessert, wine included)
You prefer to dine in a restaurant: we can recommend good restaurants nearby.
Other services
– Private covered parking.
– Internet access available in all rooms (wired or wifi).
– Courtesy tray (tea or coffee) in the rooms.
– Hairdryers in the bathrooms.
– Television in the room on request (no extra charge).
– Cleaning every day.
Rules
Online payment of a 25% deposit is requested when booking online (paypal or credit card).
Contact us if you prefer to make the reservation by phone or email: we accept payment in cash, holiday vouchers and payment cards (visa card, credit card, master card).
Cancelation
No charge if canceled up to 21 days before date of arrival.
Deposit or 25% of the amount of the service retained for cancellations between 20 days and 4 days before the date of arrival.
No refund or total amount of the service in the event of cancellation within 3 days before the date of arrival.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking establishment
All common and private rooms are non-smoking.
